Each item is made for you after you order. No mass production.
How long until my order arrives?
Production takes 2–7 days. Delivery: 5–10 days (Europe), 7–14 days (North America), 10–20 days (Oceania), 10–25 days (Asia & Middle East).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is free and included in the price.
Can I return or exchange?
No returns on made-to-order items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at risezot.service@gmail.com.
How do I choose my size?
Check the size chart on each product page. Relaxed fit. Size up if between sizes.
How long do I have to purchase and get Discord access?
For this drop, you have 7 days from launch to purchase and receive your Discord invite. After that, the window closes.
How do I join the Discord community?
Purchase any item during the drop window. You'll receive a Discord invite via email. Access is only available to customers.
What is the Founding Member window?
The first 7 days of this launch only. Purchase during this window to receive exclusive Founding Member status in the Discord. This is a one-time opportunity.
